Established in 2019

We were founded in 2019 in Fargo, ND. Finding great support can be difficult, but it shouldn't be. We've seen the struggle it can be to find proper support. We aim to make that a simple process. We are confident you'll be happy with our support and services and want to keep working with us.

Our Goal

Our goal is to be as stress free as possible with you. Getting an agreement shouldn't be the end of the effort. Once the agreement is in place is where we feel is the time to shine. Keeping a great relationship is how we believe it should be. We want to work with you, but we also don't want to make you deal with the stress of looking for support because you're unhappy with what we're offering. That's why we won't lock you in to a long term contract with us.

Core Purpose

We're here to be your IT experts. We understand that everyone has their specialties. Ours happens to be technology and we know that we're there to help you. You should never feel inferior because we understand something you do not. If you were to explain your work to us, you'd need to keep it simple. That's what we want to do for you as well!

I've worked with technology for as long as I can remember. I've been self taught with a hands on approach, while always being willing to research and locate ways to improve. I've been complimented for being an outside of the box thinker when it comes to technology in my workplace. Change shouldn't need to be scary, or difficult. In my career I've worked in a jack of all trades role. I've done internet and email technical support, computer support from Windows XP through Windows 10, network support with switches and firewalls. I've supervised a staff and have provided training in multiple roles. In my previous positions I've never had a company afraid to put me in charge of a project, even without knowing the topic beforehand.
